PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promotions offered by Maranta Terrace Bar are subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in any promotion, the customer agrees to the conditions described below.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Promotions are valid only for individuals
18 years of age or older.
Maranta Terrace Bar may request a
valid government-issued ID to verify the customer’s age at any time.
Promotions may apply
per person, per reservation, or per group, depending on what is specified in the corresponding promotional material.
Final eligibility for any promotion will be determined by
Maranta Terrace Bar staff.
2. PROMOTION VALIDITY
Each promotion is valid only on the
dates, times, and conditions specified in the promotional material (flyer, post, or advertisement).
Promotions:
- Are subject to availability
- May have specific redemption hours
- May be forfeited if the customer arrives outside the promotional time window
3. NON-COMBINABLE PROMOTIONS
Promotions
cannot be combined with other offers.
Only
one promotion per person, transaction, or group may apply, as applicable.
4. NON-TRANSFERABLE PROMOTIONS
Promotions:
- Are not transferable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be resold
- Cannot be redeemed for services other than those specified
5. RIGHT OF ADMISSION AND VENUE DISCRETION
Maranta Terrace Bar reserves the right to
accept, limit, or deny the application of any promotion at any time and at its sole discretion.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Product availability
- Venue capacity
- Customer behavior
- Operational considerations of the venue
6. ENTRY POLICY
Participation in a promotion
does not guarantee entry to the venue.
Admission to the venue is subject to:
- Venue capacity
- Admission policies
- Behavior guidelines
- Venue security criteria
7. RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Maranta Terrace Bar promotes the
responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Alcohol consumption within the venue is
the sole responsibility of the customer.
By entering the venue and consuming alcoholic beverages, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Alcohol consumption may affect judgment, coordination, and reaction capacity.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to consume alcohol responsibly.
Maranta Terrace Bar
shall not be held liable for consequences resulting from excessive alcohol consumption, including accidents, personal injuries, damages to third parties, or any other situation that may arise directly or indirectly from the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
The venue reserves the right to:
- Refuse alcohol service
- Limit alcohol consumption
- Remove visibly intoxicated individuals from the premises
These measures are applied in order to
protect the safety of guests and staff.
8. MISUSE OF PROMOTIONS
The following actions are prohibited:
- Reproducing promotions
- Redistributing promotions
- Selling promotions
- Altering promotional material without the express authorization of Maranta Terrace Bar
9. PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
Images used in promotional materials are
for illustrative purposes only.
Promotions may be
modified, suspended, or canceled at any time without prior notice.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the
applicable laws of Baja California Sur, Mexico.
